Downy mildew
Symptom
On the upper surface of the lower leaves, irregular dark brown to purplish lesions appear. On the underside of these lesions, clusters of whitish fungal growth are observed, which later turn grayish. Under severe infection, the entire leaf becomes darkened and withers.
