Product Feature

Paddy Star is a selective, contact and systemic herbicide.
It is post-emergent herbicide for the control of annual and perennial grassy weeds, especially Leptochloa chinensis, in direct-seeded and transplanted rice.
It is absorbed by the leaves and stems of the weeds and is translocated both acropetally and basipetally to the roots or rhizomes. It predominantly inhibits the synthesis of fatty acids in the meristem tissue of grassy weeds.

It is absorbed very fast in the plant system and does not get washed off even if it rains after three hours of spray.
Excellent plant selectivity & safe to crops at recommended dosages.
It is effectively control problem weeds, which are resistant to other herbicides.
It is suitable for use on a range of crops including wheat, rice, and soybeans, offering flexibility to farmers in different agricultural settings.

If possible, use only clean water when mixing herbicide.
There must be sufficiently moist in the field during application.
Though it is selective, certain crops, especially some varieties of rice, can be sensitive to Paddy Star.
Overuse or misuse can lead to herbicide-resistant weed populations.
It is critical to apply Paddy Star at the right growth stage of both the crop and weeds. Applying too early or too late can reduce its effectiveness or cause crop injury.
